1 . Introduction This study should shed light on an extremely neglected dimensions of Traditional western intelligence solutions: the public dimension. It advises broadening the perspective on intelligence–media relations through the theoretical fields of public relations and turmoil communication. Turmoil communication is defined since, " the dialogue between your organization as well as public(s) ahead of, during after the unfavorable occurrence” (Fearn-Banks, 2011). It is considered a website within the field of public relations (Avery, Lariscy, Kim, & Hocke, 2010; Coombs, 2001). These unique growing relations happen to be analyzed through the lens of any proposed style in which the brains services' problems communication can be evaluated based on the challenges the service confronts. In several famous cases, such as the War in Iraq, Traditional western intelligence services played a central function not merely inside the shadows however in the public world as well (Hastedt, 2005; Hewitt & Lucas, 2009; Kessler, 2003; Tenet & Harlow, 2007). The intelligence community helped influence public opinion and was a major take into account justifying the choice to use power against Saddam Hussein's regime (Diamond, 08; Lowenthal, 2009). The raising interest in the global multimedia in the Iranian nuclear weapons development, generated a certain level by intellect services, is an additional example of the centrality of their present role. It is therefore essential to explore these relationships and understand the methods employed by intelligence providers when dealing with the public via the media. In spite of the growing significance of the relationship among intelligence providers and the multimedia, existing study about the subject is hard to find and fragmented. There are several significant studies that contribute to the comprehension of these unique relations, however the literature survey reveals some lacunas. First of all, some of the research focus on just how media cover intelligence areas, providing understanding on simply one aspect of the romantic relationship (Alloush-Levron, 2000; Gup, 2004; Hillebrand, 2012; Sultz-Landau, 1999). Secondly, the vast majority of the existing research discuss the relations via intelligence and national
